Return Policy
Yes, we accept returns. Our garments have been inspected at least three (3) times with the condition listed, prior to listing and shipping. All of our items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We also ship internationally by USPS International Priority Mail. - please contact us regarding shipping and return information before placing an international order In order to insure that items are received in pre shipping condition, we encourage the buyer to purchase insurance when placing an order (we are not responsible for shipping damage.)
We will issue a full refund less shipping charges provided the buyer follows these simple guidelines: (a) The returned item and receipt must be returned to Highbrow Vintage Clothing within 15 days (b) The condition of the returned item, will be determined solely by Highbrow Vintage Clothing. If there is damage to the garment beyond stated condition as in initial listing, a refund will not be issued, (c) No refunds will be issued after 15 days.
